কেন মার্কেটপ্লেসমার্কেটপ্লেসগুলোতে কাজ পাচ্ছেন না? (Part 1)

অনেক স্বপ্ন নিয়ে আপনি আউটসোর্সিং শব্দটার সাথে মিশতে চাইছেন কিন্তু হচ্ছে না কিছুই!!! 
একবার নিজের প্রোফাইলের দিকে থাকান। কিছু ভুল পাইছেন? কি বুঝলেন?
না বুঝলেন না। আমি বলছি- যে আপনাকে চিনে না, জানে না সে কি করে আপনাকে কাজ দেবে? হ্যা দিবে; তবে এক্ষেত্রে আপনার হাতে একটাই অস্ত্র আছে!! সেটি আপনার প্রোফাইল;
প্রোফাইল নিয়ে ধারাবাহিকভাবে লিখার এইটি প্রথম পর্ব। 
আমি একটু গভীরের বিষয় নিয়ে শুরু করছি। টাইটেলও না পোর্টফলিও না;
আজকের বিষয় Skill Test. 
দক্ষতা প্রমাণের জন্য প্রত্যেক মার্কেটপ্লেসমার্কেটপ্লেসগুলোতে Skill Test_এর ব্যবস্থা রয়েছ। প্রোফাইলের প্রাথমিক পর্‍্যায়ে যদি আপনার Skill রিলেটড কিছু Test দেওয়া থাকে এবং score যদি ভালো থাকে তবে আপনার কাজ পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা অনেক বেড়ে যাবে। একটু পরিশ্রম করে Skill Test গুলো দিয়ে দিন। বায়ারকে দেখানোর মত আপনার ঝুলিতে থাকবে score। 
সারাংশ হলো প্রত্যেক মার্কেটপ্লেসমার্কেটপ্লেসগুলোতে ভালো অবস্থান করতে হলে Test score লাগবেই।
আমার এই লেখার কারণ হলো অনেকে inbox বা skype তে প্রোফাইল দেখার জন্য ID & Password পাঠায়। কিন্তু অনেক সময় দেখা হয়ে উঠে না।
তাই চিন্তা করলাম প্রত্যেক পার্ট নিয়ে আলাদা করে লিখব; যাতে গণহারে জনতা পাইতে পারে। 
Skill Test গুরুত্ব বোঝাইলাম। 
কিভাবে দেবেন Skill Test? 
সেটা লিখবো আরেকদিন। 
আমি খুব সহজে আমার skype সবাইকে দিয়ে দিই। আজ তার ব্যতিক্রম নই। আমার skype ID: shaksign । 
SkillTest নিয়ে আরো জানতে চাইলে skype ID knock দিয়েন। তবে সময়জ্ঞান মাথায় রাখবেন।

Boy falls in abandoned well : Body recovered after 23 hrs

The body of four-year old boy who fell into a 600-foot abandoned well at Shahjahanpur in the capital on Friday, was rescued on Saturday shortly after the Fire Service and Civil Defence authorities postponed the rescue operation.

 Local pump cleaners Farooque and Rahmat pulled the body out with a net and a rope at about 3pm and handed him over to the Fire Service authorities in unconscious state.

But, the authorities did not confirm him dead immediately.

Jihad was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital soon after rescue where doctors declared him dead.

Fire Service DG Brig Ahmed Ali officially postponed the rescue operation at about 2:30pm saying that there was no existence of the minor boy in the well.

Jihad, son of Nasir Uddin of the railway colony, slipped into the deep well, abandoned by the WASA, at about 4pm on Friday while playing near the abandoned pump house.

Meanwhile, local people, angered by authorities' negligence in the child's rescue operation, started vandalising shops and establishments built on the Bangladesh Railway's land in Shahjahanpur area after the body recovery.

The mob vandalized the shops of Shahjahanpur kitchen market, a tin-shed house and attacked the Railway Super Market and demanded removal of head of the rescue team and other officials concerned..

Later, police took the situation under control.
